that with using

able to be more accurate with

day. By using the Basal
Thermometer method the peak
temperature is only seen after
the ovulation. The use of the
Basal Thermometer method must be
performed at a specific and
designated time each morning.
Its accuracy can be altered due
to irregularity in a woman's
sleeping patterns and other
factors.
